Lead a Team of Sales Professionals at NUCKOLLS

NUCKOLLS is a leading organization in the industry, with a rich history of 120 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a leader. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and developing relationships, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

The role will involve learning our process to service existing clients, developing relationships to add new clients, and leading a small team to do the same tasks. You will become an expert in training those in your care and will have the opportunity to move into the Agency Director role as you master the skills needed using our systems and process.

This is a paid weekly position, with a salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year. The role requires a driver's license and the ability to work in the U.S., as well as a clean background and own transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base
  • Research new business opportunities
  • Supervise team activity and results
  • Train and develop incoming team members
  • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
  • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation
