Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team, driving growth and ensuring our sales representatives operate at the highest standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Goal Alignment & Vision Communication: Ensuring the team understands and is aligned with our goals, KPIs, and overarching vision.
2. Process Improvement: Building and refining a sales process by studying the sales funnel, identifying areas for improvement, and updating training materials.
3. 1:1 Coaching & Development: Running one-on-one calls to address improvement areas, providing direct management and support to team members.
4. Hiring & Firing: Actively hiring new talent and letting go of underperformers to maintain high standards and raise the bar for the team.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Professional Development: Actively pursuing growth in sales and management through books, podcasts, and other learning resources.
- Lead by Example: Comfortable selling to establish moral authority with the team, demonstrating firsthand what excellence looks like.
