Corporate Risk Development Program

Program Overview

The Corporate Risk Development Program is a 24-month rotational program designed to provide recent master's graduates with a comprehensive understanding of risk management and compliance in the financial services industry. Through a combination of work assignments, technical training, and career coaching, participants will gain hands-on experience in risk management, compliance, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in risk management and compliance initiatives to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Conduct analysis and research to inform business decisions and improve risk management practices
  • Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business risks
  • Provide recommendations to senior management on risk management and compliance matters
Requirements

To be considered for this program, candidates must have a master's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of business operations or leadership experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as well as experience with risk management and compliance frameworks.
