Program OverviewThe Corporate Risk Development Program provides a unique opportunity for recent master's graduates to gain comprehensive industry experience and develop fundamental risk capabilities. Through a blend of business and career development training, participants will build a deep understanding of Wells Fargo's operations, business strategies, and corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and conduct root cause testing of compliance and business metrics
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes and meet performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables and present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management to provide work direction to less experienced staff
We are looking for candidates with 2+ years of business operations or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. A master's degree is preferred, with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and May/June 2025. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience using Microsoft Office, and strong analytic and process skills are also required.
