Your Role as a Client Solutions Specialist:
Step into a role that transcends traditional sales; it’s about driving business expansion and cultivating strong partnerships. As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will be pivotal in our business-to-business initiatives, focusing on contract management and product offerings. Your time will be divided as follows: 80% engaging new clients, 10% revitalizing existing partnerships, and 10% ensuring our valued customers feel prioritized.
Key Responsibilities
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Exploring new markets and enhancing key client relationships.
- Initiating contact through cold calls, in-person meetings, and impactful presentations.
- Developing innovative sales strategies and forecasts, complemented by engaging product demonstrations.
- Creating a comprehensive territory management plan centered on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintaining an organized customer database using our advanced CRM system.
- Collaborating with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure efficient order processing.
- Utilizing planning tools to optimize your weekly activities.
- Conduct fifteen in-person and five phone cold calls daily.
- Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential clients.
- Provide regular updates to the team regarding your weekly objectives.
- Transform service reports into sales leads, aiming for ten new opportunities monthly.
- Establish and maintain a portfolio of five positive client testimonials.
- Facilitate eight new credit applications each month.
- Meet your monthly sales targets in cataloged material handling products.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a proven sales track record.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate lift trucks safely.
- Outstanding customer service abilities, driven by persistence and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
