Candidate Profile:

We prioritize the development of our team and provide our Wax Specialists with a clear path to showcase their talents. A successful Wax Specialist within our organization understands the importance of serving our clients. We take pride in nurturing a supportive environment where each team member can thrive. The Wax Specialist manages their own clientele by adhering to our training protocols, educating clients, assessing skin types, recommending complementary services and products, and advising on aftercare and waxing frequency to ensure an outstanding experience for every guest.

Essential Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician License from the state of Alabama
• Proven sales experience in a commission-based environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying issues and proposing effective solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings
• Flexible availability: 32-38 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• A friendly, positive, and engaging personality with strong communication skills
• Capability to manage productivity and sales to meet established goals
