Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated support to identified VIP clients.
  • Respond to change management requests, including the installation of new PC equipment and offering desk-side assistance.
  • Possess over 3 years of experience in executing Install/Move/Add or Change (IMAC) tasks.
  • Carry out all assigned desk-side support functions.
  • Exhibit exceptional technical and customer service skills consistently.
  • Achieve established customer satisfaction levels and adhere to operational metrics as defined in company guidelines.
  • Maintain proactive communication with end-users and service desk staff regarding arrival times, repair estimates, and repair status.
  • Comprehend and adhere to all documented service operations policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Maintain all necessary OEM Certifications as directed by management.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience with relevant software and hardware systems.
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodologies is preferred.
  • A+ certification is advantageous.
  • This position requires proof of vaccination.
