We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional to join our team at Sevita. As a DSP, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to thrive in their communities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $17 per hour, plus 0.62 cents per mile. Additionally, you'll receive benefits such as on-demand daily pay, part-time hours (5-20 hours per week), mileage reimbursement, and access to a network of support from supervisors who care deeply about the participants and your wellbeing.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
  • A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance, 1 year driving record not including your permit
