Job Description

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Care Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide high-quality nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, promoting independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating patient goals and preferences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
Salary and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
