Requirements:
  • 3+ years of successful unit management experience, including P&L management and team leadership.

  • Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas to drive business growth.
  • Strong financial, business, and human resource management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Planet Fitness' job descriptions, SOPs, and brand mission.
Physical Demands:

This role requires frequent travel across the region, daily visits to club locations, and continuous communication with team members.
