POSITION SUMMARY

The Dishwasher is a key member of our kitchen team at The Medallion Club. This role involves washing and sanitizing all food service utensils, plates, glasses, and serving ware, as well as pots and pans used in food preparation. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage the flow of dishes used in food preparation and plating for guests
  • Wash and sanitize all food service utensils, plates, glasses, and serving ware
  • Assist with cleaning of work stations and food prep as needed

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS
  • Ability to work in heat and cold
  • Constant use of water and hands immersed in water
  • Ability to move freely about the kitchen area
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
