Compensation:$75,000 - $125,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize the CRM platform to collect and maintain the most current customer data, ensuring the team has precise information at all times.
- Consistently follow up on leads until appointments are successfully arranged with either a buyer's or listing agent.
- Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients.
- Re-engage past clients into recurring real estate leads through regular follow-ups via phone calls and emails.
- Document quarterly and monthly sales performance metrics to track and achieve the team's sales objectives and conversion rates.
- Maintain a disciplined follow-up process with leads.
- Adhere to the team's strategic plan.
- Actively participate in lead generation initiatives.
- Effectively schedule appointments.
- Successfully close appointments and sales.
- Progress towards becoming a lead buyer or listing agent.
- Master the use of databases and CRM systems.
- To qualify for the Inside Sales Representative position, a real estate license is required or you must be in the process of obtaining one.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel by car are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to forge strong relationships are essential attributes we seek.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems to maintain accurate and current customer information is crucial.
