Requirements

- Flexible with a rotating schedule, including some weekend availability

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with catering or client management systems

Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee the operations of the Private Dining division
- Respond promptly to event inquiries via phone and email
- Collaborate with clients to finalize event pricing, menus, layouts, and schedules
- Update and manage event details, ensuring all staff are informed of any changes
- Assist in the execution of events
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Implement promotional strategies and execute marketing initiatives
- Supervise the private dining department coordinators and service staff.
