Business Development Manager B2B

Gardner White Furniture Company is a leading provider of commercial and residential furniture solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision makers, and driving revenue growth in the B2B sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and securing new B2B clients in relevant sectors such as hospitality, corporate offices, educational institutions, and real estate.
  • Researching and analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify growth opportunities.
  • Developing strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Building a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and other outreach methods.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the furniture retail or related industries. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential. Experience working with commercial clients and knowledge of the furniture industry are also highly desirable.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with travel required. The starting salary is $62,000.
