Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer with a strong background in B2B projects to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating inspiring spaces, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Meet and collaborate with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for their spaces.
  • Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial and residential spaces.
  • Space Planning: Develop detailed space plans that optimize the use of available space.
  • Material and Finish Selection: Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the client's vision and project requirements.
  • 3D Visualization: Produce high-quality 3D renderings and presentations to help clients visualize the proposed design concepts.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all designs meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technological advancements to provide cutting-edge design solutions.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on B2B projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of regulations and industry standards.
