Business Solutions Specialist

At Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges. You will conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Your expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques will be essential in developing and documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. You will also facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather information and elicit requirements from stakeholders. Additionally, you will create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and test plans. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions, will be valuable assets in this role. You will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather information and elicit requirements from stakeholders.
* Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and test plans.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate proposed changes and enhancements.
* Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts, sharing best practices and promoting professional growth.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment in Re-insurance space.
* Strong expertise in DXC Assure Business Platform, including proficiency in DXC technologies, tools, and methodologies.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation techniques.
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are highly desirable.
