Job Summary:

Mercy Housing seeks a highly skilled and customer-focused Desk Clerk to provide exceptional service to residents, manage building traffic, and ensure the security and well-being of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to residents, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and manage building traffic, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas, identifying and addressing any potential security risks.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external authorities as needed, providing clear and concise information.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, messages, and other important information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, building management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
