**About the Role**

5 Legal, a top 200 AmLaw firm, is seeking a highly skilled associate to join its Real Estate Practice in any of its offices. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of law firm experience with complex and sophisticated commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in title and survey review, complex acquisition, disposition, leasing, and finance transactions.
  • Provide expertise in common interest communities, business entity formation, resolutions, and record keeping.
  • Contribute to multi-layered and/or public/private financing, and environmental law matters.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional results and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Strong academic record and excellent writing skills.
  • Connecticut Bar Admission and/or Massachusetts Bar Admission preferred.
