Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description
- Fintech Sales Manager: Drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the professional services industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Product Expertise: Become an expert in our payment and software products, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach tools.
- Experience: At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in software sales.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and trust with clients, and strong negotiation and closing skills.
