Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Software Engineering Manager to lead our dynamic team of mobile developers and quality engineers in delivering an industry-changing fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of mobile engineers (iOS and Android) in building and maintaining our native banking application and native SDK.
  • Oversee end-to-end development cycles, from requirements gathering and planning through deployment and post-release monitoring.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other relevant tools for automated testing, builds, and distribution.
  • Ensure the mobile app's performance, reliability, and crash-free experience by leveraging monitoring tools and crash reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, design, and backend engineering teams to align mobile app development with overall product goals and roadmaps.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile software development, with expertise in Kotlin for Android and Swift for iOS.
  • 2+ years of experience managing or leading mobile engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
