Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This role requires a self-starter with a proven track record in account management, who can build strong relationships with clients while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within the art industry. They will also possess strong oral and written communication skills, with excellent follow-up, organization, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Manage day-to-day operations for a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and across the entire client organization to drive revenue growth.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  4. Sales Growth: Drive incremental sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new revenue streams within existing accounts.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, planning, operations, and other divisions, to deliver on client expectations and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  6. Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management and identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve account issues and challenges, ensuring that client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  8. Strategic Planning: Ensure seasonal plans meet business objectives by analyzing business performance with the planning team to maximize sales growth opportunities.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
