As a Crew Lead at GetGo, your primary responsibility will be to surpass the expectations of both customers and Team Members by ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable shopping experience. You will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our store, providing guidance and mentorship to Team Members while stepping in to support the Store Leader as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 years in a related field.
- Desired Skills: Supervisory experience and a background in customer service or retail.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Certifications: Food Safety certification is advantageous.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prioritizing safety in all operations for Team Members, customers, and products.
- Delivering exceptional service by meeting the needs of customers and Team Members through efficient food service and coaching.
- Fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere by engaging with Team Members and customers with enthusiasm.
- Overseeing the training of new Team Members to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness in service.
- Providing leadership and training to hourly Team Members and peer Leads as assigned.
- Ensuring all Team Members possess the necessary food-handling certifications.
- Monitoring competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Addressing equipment issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Exhibiting flexibility by transitioning between roles as needed, including serving as a GoGetter.
- Assisting the Store Leader with scheduling, merchandising, and promotional tasks.
- Acting as a representative of the store at the registers, providing quick and friendly service while guiding the team.
- Promoting an inclusive environment where every Team Member's voice is valued.
Compensation
The starting pay rate for this position is $15.50.
