Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at AMS Enterprises. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions. You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about our products and services.
  • Process customer orders, forms, and applications efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternative products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
Requirements
  • No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various types of customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Availability to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
