Job Summary

AMS Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This full-time role is based in our head office and requires a dynamic and engaging professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be the front line in fostering customer relationships and embodying the values and mission of AMS Enterprises. As a dedicated Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, addressing and resolving complaints, and providing solutions or alternative products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or face-to-face to provide information about products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternative products and services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure feedback.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
  • Manage a large volume of incoming calls, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements in collaboration with the marketing department.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in customer service or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach that involves active listening and effective questioning techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various types of customers and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
  • Must be available to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
