Program Overview

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Program Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration Regional Office in Anchorage, AK. The successful candidate will provide planning, networking, and coordination assistance among regional and headquarters' organizations, focusing on National Air Space (NAS) implementation integration efforts and related monitoring/tracking of Facility Security Risk Management (FSRM) projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in all aspects of the complete project management lifecycle, including assistance and recommendations to FAA management directly affecting the conduct and attainment of agency goals.
  • Establish detailed draft project budgets and cost estimates associated with FSRM projects according to programmatic recommendations, standard cost estimating practices.
  • Develop detailed project schedules based on the complete project lifecycle, and manage the project change management process taking into account regional and project-specific variations.
  • Maintain current project documentation and project files.
  • Monitor, analyze, and record all resource requirements based on national recommendations, taking into account regional variations such as climate, time, and seasonal constraints, location, and other project-specific details.
  • Regularly track and report on work progress against the established plan of performance.
  • Perform an analysis on material use and project equipment status in order to accurately track actual project progress.
  • Coordinate with Vendors and Project Stakeholders.
  • Develop and coordinate risk mitigation plans to track and reduce risk impact on projects.
  • Coordinate Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAI) exception closure through communications with responsible parties, tracking and maintaining Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAI) exception list, regular reporting.
  • Assist Regional Security Office with facility inspections to evaluate existing physical security measures.
  • Coordinate with facility management and assist in addressing Physical Security Report findings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting multiple complex projects and providing effective stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance Suitability (To be eligible for Public Trust Security Clearance, one must be either a U.S. Permanent Resident/Green Card holder who has resided in the U.S.A for the past 3 years of the past 5 years consecutively with no breaks).
  • Security Clearance.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Primavera and MS Project.
  • Facility Security knowledge a plus.
