Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee our concrete commercial projects in the Worcester, MA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lead personnel and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Supervise and train construction staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs, schedules, and timecards
  • Communicate effectively with general superintendents, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project progress and address any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret policies, reports, construction plans, and legal documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
