About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Acoustical Consultant to join our team at Ramboll US Corporation. As an Acoustical Consultant, you will be responsible for managing acoustical consulting projects and client relationships, developing and implementing project execution approaches, and leading teams to develop and deliver innovative acoustical design solutions that address complex environmental noise challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage acoustical consulting projects and client relationships
  • Develop and implement project execution approaches
  • Lead teams to develop and deliver innovative acoustical design solutions that address complex environmental noise challenges
  • Manage technical analyses related to environmental noise surveys, sound level analyses, computer modeling, and mitigation design/specification
  • Prepare reports and communicate results to clients, as well as prepare proposals and fee estimates
  • Mentor team members and influence the development of individual technical and professional skills
  • Critically review and interpret local, state, provincial, and federal environmental regulations
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Acoustical Consultant with a strong background in acoustical consulting, specifically environmental noise assessment. You should have a B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering, Science, or Mathematics related major, and at least 10 years of experience in acoustical consulting. You should also have solid spreadsheet, noise modeling, and software tool skills, as well as demonstrated capabilities in understanding and applying environmental regulations to real-world situations.
