Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Aligned Dental Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials to ensure a smooth and efficient patient care experience.
  • Welcome, comfort, and seat patients, while also draping them as needed to maintain a sterile environment.
  • Perform coronal polishing and other hygiene-related tasks to support the dental team.
  • Provide information and education to patients by answering their questions and addressing their concerns.
  • Clean and polish removable appliances to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Anticipate the needs of the hygienist and provide support as needed.
  • Document dental care services by thoroughly charting in patient records.
  • Take intraoral photographs to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance by properly sterilizing instruments, dental equipment, and treatment rooms.
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging team environment by maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude.

Requirements:

  • CPR Certification
  • X-Ray Certification
  • DA Certification
  • Availability to work practice hours as needed, Monday through Thursday, 7:30am to 5pm
