Key Responsibilities
  • Support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
