CodeForce is seeking a highly skilled Customer Advocate to join our team. As a Customer Advocate, you will serve as the liaison between our customers and internal departments, facilitating the processing of applications for gas service in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
- Coordinates with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of applications.
- Enters completed applications into Salesforce and monitors the application process until service is successfully installed.
- Educates customers on the installation process, setting clear expectations and timelines.
- Tracks project statuses using internal IT systems, keeping the business owner informed of progress.
- Ensures Salesforce is updated with all interactions and communications related to the installation.
- Actively participates in work management meetings to influence positive customer outcomes.
- Researches and verifies daily incoming leads, assigning them to Commercial Sales Managers using Salesforce and customer databases.
- Handles escalated customer complaints, responding to internal and external stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- 3-5 years' experience in customer service or project management, with a focus on affecting change.
- 2 years' experience in project management, process coordination, or workflow management.
- 2 years' experience working in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems aimed at effective issue resolution.
- Very well organized and detail oriented.
- Extremely adept at follow through.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks.
- Independent, disciplined, self-motivated, and results-driven.
