Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and control regional construction, operations, and maintenance within established budget limitations.
  • Direct the implementation of standards, targets, policies, and plans to ensure operational efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Ensure operational integrity by maintaining quality, environment, reliability, health, safety, security, and other critical aspects.
  • Develop and direct cost-effective solutions to meet customer expectations and technical requirements.
  • Implement effective reporting processes and provide analysis and support to the Production Manager.
  • Implement and foster the coaching and development of employees, including idea generation.
  • Support Directors and local operational managers in ensuring effective people management policies and practices.
  • Support the Business Development function in operational analysis and pricing in regulated and non-regulated markets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in operational discipline, management, or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of managing operational areas and operating units, and managing and meeting performance targets.
  • Full-time position with Monday-Friday, daylight hours and 24/7 on-call responsibility.
