Job Summary

The Association of Former Students of Texas A & M University seeks a highly motivated and experienced Development Director to lead our fundraising and development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to increase donations and support for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to increase donations and support for the Association
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve fundraising goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, alumni, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising decisions
  • Collaborate with senior management to determine Annual Fund goals and measurements of success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University
  • 7-10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to analyze data
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
