Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Development Director to lead our team in driving process development and process sciences across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute process development strategies to support our manufacturing operations.
  • Lead a team of process scientists and engineers to develop and implement new processes and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process development with other departments.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to support process development initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements:

  • Ph.D. degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 12+ years of industry experience in process development and/or R&D environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Strong scientific and technical knowledge, with expertise in process development and process sciences.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
