Position Summary: As a Client Support Representative, you will engage directly with clients and customers to elevate brand awareness and drive sales revenue. Our representatives are knowledgeable about our clients' offerings and are enthusiastic about sharing this information with consumers. If you are a personable individual with a knack for storytelling, we would like to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to advocate for our clients' brands, products, and services.
  • Articulate product features and advantages to customers while addressing any questions they may have.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to Senior Management and clients, highlighting areas for enhancement.
  • Evaluate client acquisition metrics and KPIs to optimize sales and enhance revenue.
  • Comply with our clients' standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
  • Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to refine customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

We are dedicated to the success of our Client Support Representatives, providing the essential tools and resources for professional growth. Each representative will receive comprehensive training from our Senior Client Support team. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is necessary to apply. Preferred qualifications include:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A willingness to enhance existing skills.
  • The capacity to quickly learn new concepts for professional development.
  • The ability to confidently convey information to clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Basic understanding of the sales cycle is a plus.
