Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of projects related to environmental compliance and remediation.
2. Conduct thorough environmental regulatory research and analysis.
3. Develop and implement effective environmental solutions and best management practices, supporting planning activities.
4. Engage with clients to ascertain technical requirements.
5. Draft work planning documents (e.g., UFP-QAPP) and technical reports.
6. Lead fieldwork, including sampling and data collection at various project sites.
7. Collaborate with teams of engineers and scientists to fulfill project tasks.
8. Analyze data sets, draw conclusions, and formulate risk management recommendations.
9. Manage personal workloads, keeping project managers informed of progress and challenges, and present project outputs for final delivery.
10. Ensure adherence to schedules while maintaining high-quality work.
11. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic and a professional demeanor. Utilize advanced scientific principles, theories, and practices to develop technical solutions for complex challenges. Interpret and document data, conduct analyses, and compare findings to relevant studies and regulations to ensure compliance.
Perform tasks with minimal supervision, exercising considerable latitude in determining technical objectives. Responsible for advanced duties within your specialized area, planning and organizing project studies, and assisting in resolving conflicting technical information.
