About the Role

SFS Group USA, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of safety components for the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complete customer service from order entry through final delivery to customers of cold formed products.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communications between Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Production, and Distribution at SFS both in Europe and the USA.
  • Learn aspects of ERP transactions, customer support/communications, account management, logistics, and more.
  • Participate in a finance and accounting rotation in our corporate office in Pennsylvania.
