Key Responsibilities:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation.
  • Engaging with decision-makers to assess their equipment repair needs.
  • Providing clients with complimentary evaluations and ensuring a swift turnaround on services.
  • Maintaining a high volume of outbound calls, approximately 100 per day, to foster client relationships.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A proven track record in inside sales and a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • A coachable mindset and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Availability to work on-site during standard business hours.

Compensation and Benefits:
Global Electronic Services offers a competitive base salary starting around $40,000, with additional commission opportunities. Our first-year average compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000, with high performers potentially earning over $100,000.
