Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is a vital member of our sales team, responsible for building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth. This role requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional sales and service
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
  • Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the outside sales team to increase market share
  • Assist with inventory management and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Strong business writing and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to work in a team-selling environment with changing priorities
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • High School Diploma or GED required; BA or BS Degree or equivalent business experience preferred
