Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Present financial solutions and products to customers, ensuring they meet their goals and objectives.
- Work with customers to understand their credit history and provide guidance on credit management.
- Partner with local businesses to develop new customers and grow our business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
