*Successful candidates will be offered either Full-Time or Part-Time positions based on availability.

POSITION OVERVIEW:


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents, providing emotional and social assistance while addressing their physical needs and comfort.

You will deliver direct care to residents as assigned, following their care plans and under the guidance of your Supervisor.

You will also undertake additional responsibilities as directed by community representatives.


Adhere to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols while maintaining the standards of practice established by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.


Qualifications:


• Current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing, or possess the necessary qualifications under state laws.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum age of 18 years (16 years if currently enrolled in high school).

• Proficient in English with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.

• Must observe proper safety and sanitation practices.

• Availability to work scheduled hours as required.

• Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.

Experience:
Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory.
