POSITION OVERVIEW:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for residents, providing emotional and physical support tailored to their individual needs. You will deliver direct care as outlined in each resident's care plan, under the guidance of your Supervisor, while also performing additional tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Support residents' emotional and social well-being through compassionate interaction.
- Follow established nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current certification to work as a Nursing Assistant, or meet state requirements for this role.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old (or 16 years old and currently enrolled in high school).
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.

Experience:
While prior experience in long-term care is preferred, it is not mandatory.
