About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to join our team at GEO Reentry Services LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our case management team and providing exceptional service to our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to case managers, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with participant intake, including completing paperwork and inputting data into our database.
  • Facilitate evidence-based programs and life skills training to participants in groups.
  • Monitor participant progress and document results in our database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including office opening and closing procedures, and transporting participants to appointments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; college coursework in human services or business discipline preferred.
  • Minimum of six months experience in human services, with direct participant services preferred.
  • Ability to work with computers and software typically used by the department.
  • Good customer service skills, effective communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.
