Position Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, particularly within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and engage in Compliance and Regulatory initiatives, particularly those involving multi-year consent orders.
  • Exhibit a strong grasp of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, to facilitate project management.
  • Utilize Jira for issue tracking, dashboard creation, and overall project management.
  • Analyze data requirements, develop SQL queries, and validate data, with experience in complex ETL projects.
  • Showcase problem-solving abilities, a curious mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiently use MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Familiarity with user interface (UI) projects is advantageous.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes effectively.
  • Exposure to testing automation tools such as Zephyr and Selenium is preferred.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
