Job Responsibilities
  • Provide effective resettlement and supportive services to refugees resettling in Maine.
  • Oversee case management for incoming community members, ensuring systematic, coordinated, and timely service delivery that addresses their needs holistically.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans, providing general counseling, referrals, and other assistance as needed.

The successful candidate will possess near-fluent English language speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to speak, understand, read, and write one or more of the following languages: Maay Maay, Somali, Lingala, Kiswahili, Pashto/Dari, French, or others. A high school level of education is required, with college experience strongly preferred.
