Trauma-Informed Case Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Trauma-Informed Case Manager to join our team in Saco, Maine.
Job DescriptionAs a Trauma-Informed Case Manager, you will provide exceptional Community Integrated Case Management services to diverse populations, utilizing evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies.
This is a fee-for-service position with flexible hours, offering opportunities for career advancement and professional development. Experience working with populations with co-occurring disorders/serious mental illness/behavioral challenges is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide ongoing support and advocacy for clients and their families
Requirements/Duties:
- Must possess current valid MHRT/C certification
- Experience with a trauma-informed recovery-focused philosophy/ability to respond appropriately to crisis situations
- Good organizational and computer skills; previous experience with electronic medical records preferred
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to independently manage caseloads
- Current Maine Driver's License/vehicle insurance as required by state law
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Location: Saco, Maine.
