Mental Health Case Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mental Health Case Manager to join our team at Community Choice Behavioral Health. As a key member of our community integration services team, you will provide individualized and creative services to individuals with co-occurring disorders and serious mental illness.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or a related field is preferred.
