Job Summary

This is a dynamic opportunity to oversee the special education program for students enrolled in Andwell TELS's education center with an ITP.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our autism program in Lewiston. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for overseeing the special education program for students enrolled in our education center with an ITP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments, accurately identifying the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target.
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with the interdisciplinary team and provide training to staff to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Develop behavior goals according to the needs and abilities of the child.
  • Supervise BHPs as required.
Requirements:
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field required.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
