**Job Summary:**

The Picker Non-Forklift is a critical member of our warehouse team, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate distribution of Nortek Security and Control products. This role involves picking customer orders, handling boxes and pallets, and maintaining the organization and monitoring of storage and distribution areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ground picking orders for shipment to customers
  • Operating RF guns to complete picking activities
  • Safely maneuvering a cart or pallet jack through limited space areas
  • Loading trailers with UPS boxes
  • Processing domestic and international small parcel shipments on shipping systems
  • Verifying part numbers and counts of products being shipped
  • Handling products in an efficient, accurate, and safe manner
  • Checking or counting products for accuracy and/or damage

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One year of related experience in a warehouse environment
  • Basic experience using Microsoft applications

**Working Conditions:**

This role requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, bend, push, pull, reach, grab, turn, twist, and/or stoop. The ability to grab small parts or hand tools with hands is also required.
