At AmerisourceBergen Services Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the warehouse supervisors and their teams, ensuring efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warehouse personnel, track attendance, and coach associates for employee growth and development.
  • Direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities.
  • Maintain process management, productivity measures, and quality controls.
  • Review and analyze critical success measures and compare results with targets.
  • Develop and plan for improvement in areas such as order filling errors, late deliveries, and overall service levels.
  • Enforce compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety roles, and government regulations.
  • Study current and future needs of the company and develop recommendations for improvements to current warehouse practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years at a supervisory level.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with distribution center associates.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and systems, engineered standards, and regulatory compliance matters.
