Job Summary:

The Shift Coordinator is a critical role within our Distribution Center, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse management systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign and prioritize work tasks to associates to achieve productivity and accuracy standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse management systems, including WMS and other software applications.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
  • College degree or relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic math skills and ability to work with numbers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a warehouse environment with moderate temperatures and humidity.
  • Stand, sit, squat, lift, and/or walk for duration of scheduled shift.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $21.40.
  • Eligibility for Shift Differential pay.
